Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026
These Terms govern your purchase and use of services provided by Luxe Lifestyle Lab Co. LLC. Please read them before purchasing.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Luxe Lifestyle Lab Co. LLC (“Luxe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using a Luxe service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

ONE-DECISION SCOPE

Each engagement covers one primary business decision.

If the Client introduces a different decision, materially changes the original decision, or requests analysis beyond the purchased scope, Luxe may pause the engagement and explain whether the new request requires a separate engagement or additional fee. Luxe will not expand the scope without the Client’s approval.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to provide complete, honest, and reasonably accurate information. Luxe’s analysis depends on the quality and completeness of the information supplied.

The Client is responsible for completing the required intake, providing requested clarification or supporting information, identifying relevant deadlines and constraints, reviewing the delivered materials, and making and implementing the final business decision.

The Client must not provide information that the Client does not have the right to share.

INTAKE VALIDATION AND DELIVERY TIMING

The standard delivery period is three business days after Luxe validates the Client’s completed intake.

Submission of an intake does not automatically begin the delivery period. Luxe may first confirm that one clear decision is presented, the engagement remains within scope, required information is sufficiently complete, and no material clarification is needed.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.

If Luxe requests material information or clarification, the delivery timeline pauses until the requested information is received and validated. Luxe may send a reminder on the second day following the request and a final reminder on the fifth day. An engagement may remain paused for up to 14 calendar days. If the Client does not respond within that period, Luxe may close or reschedule the engagement.

PAYMENT

The price shown at checkout is due in full at the time of purchase. The founding price for the Business Clarity Blueprint™ is $497 as displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Client agrees to provide current and accurate payment information and authorizes the applicable charge.

Any taxes required by law may be added or handled as required by the applicable payment or tax authority.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A Client may request a full refund before Luxe validates the intake or begins substantive analysis, whichever occurs first.

Once intake validation or substantive analysis has begun, the service is customized to the Client’s circumstances and the purchase becomes nonrefundable, except when Luxe is unable to deliver the purchased service or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

A request to clarify, revise, or disagree with a recommendation does not automatically qualify for a refund. The complimentary refinement described below is the Client’s available revision process.

Refund or cancellation requests must be sent to hello@luxelifestylelabco.com.

COMPLIMENTARY REFINEMENT

The Client may request one complimentary refinement within seven calendar days after delivery.

A refinement is intended to address a material misunderstanding, factual correction, or needed clarification within the original decision and scope. It does not include analysis of a new decision, a complete rewrite based on information withheld from the original intake, unlimited revisions, implementation services, or ongoing consulting.

If no refinement request is received within seven calendar days, the original delivery is considered accepted as complete.

FOLLOW-UP CHECKS

Any Day 14 or Day 30 follow-up is intended to help the Client review evidence, progress, changed conditions, and the next decision point. Follow-up does not create an ongoing advisory, management, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

DECISION RESPONSIBILITY AND NO GUARANTEE

Luxe provides decision-support analysis and recommendations. The Client retains full responsibility and authority for every decision, action, delay, investment, commitment, and result.

Luxe does not operate the Client’s business, execute the decision on the Client’s behalf, or control external conditions.

Business decisions involve uncertainty. Luxe does not promise or guarantee revenue, profit, savings, funding, customers, business growth, successful implementation, or any other specific result.

Recommendations are based on information reasonably available at the time of review. Results may be affected by market conditions, execution, timing, third parties, incomplete information, and events outside Luxe’s control.

PROFESSIONAL-ADVICE LIMITATIONS

Luxe does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health, insurance, or other licensed professional advice.

Nothing in the Business Clarity Blueprint™, Executive Decision Brief™, website, intake, emails, or follow-up communications should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. The Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice when a decision involves regulated, legal, tax, financial, employment, or compliance matters.

TECHNOLOGY-ASSISTED ANALYSIS AND HUMAN REVIEW

Luxe may use technology, including artificial-intelligence tools, to assist with organizing information, research, pattern identification, comparison, drafting, and quality control.

Technology does not replace Luxe’s human review. A human reviewer evaluates the analysis and approves the final recommendation before release.

The Client agrees not to submit highly sensitive personal information unless Luxe specifically requests it and the information is necessary for the engagement.

EVIDENCE AND THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION

Luxe may consider information provided by the Client and information from third-party or public sources. Luxe uses reasonable care but does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continued validity of third-party information.

The Client should independently verify any fact that could materially affect a legal obligation, financial commitment, safety matter, regulatory requirement, or irreversible action.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Luxe will use reasonable care when handling Client information and will use it to evaluate, deliver, administer, protect, and improve the purchased service.

Information may be shared with service providers that support payment processing, forms, communications, file storage, research, technology, and business operations, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Luxe may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, protect rights or safety, or respond to valid legal process.

Additional information about data practices appears in Luxe’s Privacy Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Luxe retains ownership of its names, trademarks, service marks, frameworks, methods, templates, formats, analysis processes, scoring approaches, Evidence Gate™, Decision Path™, and other proprietary materials.

After full payment, the Client receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the delivered materials for the Client’s own internal business purposes.

The Client may not resell, reproduce for commercial distribution, publish as the Client’s own methodology, license, train another system on, or create competing derivative products from Luxe’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.

The Client retains ownership of the Client’s original information and materials.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND TERMINATION

The Client may not use Luxe’s services or materials to violate a law or another person’s rights; mislead, defraud, harass, or harm another person; submit information obtained unlawfully; circumvent payment or access controls; reverse engineer or misappropriate Luxe’s methods; or represent Luxe’s work as licensed professional advice.

Luxe may pause or terminate an engagement involving unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, materially out-of-scope conduct, a material breach of these Terms, or failure to provide required information.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for customized work already performed, except as required by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe’s total liability arising from a specific engagement will not exceed the amount the Client paid Luxe for that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Luxe may experience delays caused by illness, emergencies, technology failures, service-provider outages, natural disasters, governmental action, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Luxe will make reasonable efforts to communicate a material delay and provide a revised delivery date. If Luxe is unable to deliver the purchased service, Luxe may cancel the engagement and issue an appropriate refund.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through written communication. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.

CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT

Luxe may update these Terms as the service, law, or business operations change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.

The Terms in effect when the Client purchases will govern that engagement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or a change is required by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the applicable checkout page, service description, Privacy Policy, and any written scope confirmation, form the agreement between the Client and Luxe concerning the purchased service.
